After two weeks I finally received my SA-12 and SAE-600D. I had a buddy build the box for me, from a design I found on Car Audio Fab. Haven't really messed with any tuning yet, but I am very happy with it.

That's not the way I would build my box but as long as it's functionabe. I'm very picky when it comes to box building....and appearences. Recessed is a little deep. See....I'm finding things wrong lol

Round the corners/edges so they not so sharp.

I value functionality over looks (as you can tell by my current box). My next one will be pretty though.

Yea, rounding edges of the port will reduce turbulence/port noise

From the pictures, it only looks like one outer and one inner port edge are rounded.
