I recently installed a Inifinty Kappa 4100msb sound bar on a Polaris Ranger 1000xp. Sound bar seems to function fine however when I start the engine it turns off and the LED’s flash white. Per the instructions “The soundbar is in protection mode due to overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, overtemperature or DC offset.” I am thinking this is because of under voltage as the voltage drops down to 10.4 or so volts when the engine cranks. The light flashes for 10sec or so then the unit comes back on and everything is fine. When the the engine is running it puts out around 14 volts. I installed a cheap capacitor from Wally World (500k micro farad) thinking this might fix it but still having the same issue. Can a better capacitor fix this or is that not how they work? Any help or solution is much appreciated!
