So i finally spoke to the "Ronnie" on the other end of that phone line. The person claims to be another Ronnie Peay. In fact that person claims to they know 3 other "Ronnie Peay's" in that city alone, but swears up and down they dont know anythign about what I'm talking about.

Take it for what it is, a whole lot of dead ends.
