So i get a brand new SSA Icon, when installing it the drill slipped and tore the surround! Fing Great!!!

been there done that, but a much cheaper sub. Anymore I use a metallic sharpie to mark all the holes, remove the sub and then drill them.. Thats one of those "expensive lessons" :/

 
Silicon. It works.
silicone, ca glue, and believe it or not clear finger nail polish.
