well i just needed a box really quick and i am thinking of buying another 18 so it will eventually get to be a wall

box is 9 cubes before displacement

6.9 after tuned to 33 hz

I hope, for safety sake, that box is secured down. When I got in a head-on collision a couple years ago, my box, that was bolted to the floor, still broke loose, collided with the front seat, and pushed it into the dash. If Id have had the subs installed at the time, it would have likely hurt me, bad. So when I see a box just sitting in a back seat, I cringe. Dont become a statistic.

I want 2 18's in my jeep, but finding space for that without a wall is hard. I still like to see out the back of my car and all that lol. That would be loud as hell with two in your car.

This, I had a gp last year.. my xxx in a box and it was screwed down to the floor, all the way against the back seat. I hit a tree doin 35ish on a back road in the winter, the box still managed to break the prongs off the back seat and threw it into my passenger seat.

well i have some updates

my new box is 7.3 cubes 31 hz i built it in the trunk which was very hard

i also up graded my amp to a brutus 1700
