wiring tweeters questions

NO you can't just wire as many drivers on to one passive crossover as you want. The behavior of the crossover (filter point, slope, etc...) is dependant on the impedance wired to it. Change the impedance and you completely change the characteristics of the crossover.

 
the answer is to go active and wire as many tweets or mids your amp can handle, which I DON'T recommend. But if you have to do it, that would be the way.

I agree with every one above. OFC is much better. Copper is a much better conductor than aluminum.

Yup , the dsp should have input sections, it may have one for sub? Hu to dsp. Dsp to amps, amps to speakers. Probably help you to draw this all...
