WTB: 2x 15-18" Subs 1200 RMS Each

My buddy wants 2x 15-18" subs. Need to be able to handle 1200 watts RMS and preferably dual 4 ohm, but not ruling out dual 2s.

His budget is in the $400-600 range for BOTH, and also has 4x Kicker Solo L7 12" if anyone has any interest in those. I think they are dual 2s, but I need to check.
