As for the US Amps USA-150, I have never once seen a specs on that amp. But this is one from way back in the day. It says on it 150 Watts RMS, but I can comfortably say it puts out more than that (I'd say in the 300ish range). It pushed my 12" idMAX very nicely for the past 9 years or so.
EDIT - YES, they're both 2 channel amps. Both can be bridged to 4 ohms mono safely.
