2 or 4 ohm L7 for kx1200.1?

Hey guys i already bought a kicker 1200.1 and i want to get two 12 L7's but i dont know what ohm subs i should get and how i should wire them 2 my amp(like at 1 ohm or what?)

get the dual 4ohm so you wire each sub in parallel, that gives each sub a 2ohm total load, and then parallel those together and you get 1ohm.

You can get dual 4 or dual 2 ohms. That amp puts out max power at 1ohm and is stable down to a .5ohm. I ran a 1200.1 at .5 for like 2 months w/o ANY problems or heat issues. VERY riziliant amp.

I have 2 12" L7's in a ported box, 2 cu. ft. per sub for $400 plus 1/2 of the shipping. The subs are in PERFECT condition, with less than 2 weeks of play on them.
