Nope. If a comp set is biampable, the passive crossovers will have separate inputs for the mids and tweeters. If utilizing both sets of inputs, it can be done in 2 ways:when you said dual imputs it mean dual amp?
1. BIAMP: 4 channels, 1 channel going to each mid and tweeter input.
2. BIWIRE: 2 channels, each channel having 2 sets of speaker wires going to each mid and tweeter input. Left channel to left mid and tweeter inputs, right channel to right inputs (picture it like wiring in parallel).
If utilizing only 1 set of inputs, then usually there is a switch or jumper inside the passive crossover that has to be closed to the single power input goes to both power circuits for the mids and tweeters, allowing then to be run just like a non-biampable comp set.
