Alpine type r

if you dont want globs of power to the sub, your enclosure's gonna need to be bigger and more efficient. You cant expect to get loud in a prefab box with budget amp power and expect them to sound good.

here's some brackets:

Budget power, inefficient, power hogs, all does around 2k rms.

hifonics brx 2400, belva bb 5500, re audio dtx 5000, Precision Power PPI BK1800.1D, soundstream rubicon 2500, mbquart 2000.1d

Somewhat affordable Quality power, easily does 2k rms and then some, very clean and efficient.

Soundqubed 2200.1D, ct sounds 1400, american bass vfl 4480.1D, Alpine MRX-M240,

Then you got the crazy expensive amps next... not gonna mention, prices will r@pe your wallet.
