help!!

need some ideas on how to sound proof my car..i have a honda civic..i have been told using polly fill or even rino liner...but i want to use the best available option..but something not to expensive..so i am open to any and all ideas..thanks...

Neither of those will really do the job, poly fill is used to put inside of speaker enclosures, and i doubt rinoliner stops much sound, but even if it did it would be **** expensive. Look into second skin, dynomat, or something of that nature, just search the board for it.

You can also do a search for "sound deadener" on your favorite search engine and on ebay.
