I just recently sold my jl audio 12w7 and now i have a 1000/1 that im looking to either hook up to 4 w6v2 10's which would be under powering them a lil i know or a 13 w7. Need some opinions on which would get louder. I know the sound quality will be good on either because of what they are. I have heard the 4 w6's before but never have heard a 13w7. Any opinions?

or, i would go for the wow factor of making people think you have four tens and get the w7, make a large ported box for it, tuned at 35 hz. **** that would be sweet.

Well, I would take the 13w7, probably way cheaper, less space and you would have a bit better SQ. (Maybe I'm wrong, but I figured W7 > W6)

I'm sure that the 13w7 would get really friggin loud too //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Well i just checked into pricing and im gonna go ahead and buy 2 13 w7's with the one 1000/1 and buy another 1000/1 in about a month or so. 2 13's have to be better than 4 10's

1.3cuft isn't enough airspace. Shredders box plans are simple enough if you want to save a couple bucks.

Hey all! So new here and NOT new to car audio...but it's been a VERY long time since I've messed with it. Used to build some crazy setups...
