Memphis Amps

Can any body explain the difference between the memphis POWER REFERENCE amps and their other line of amps? What makes the power reference series what they are? "Amps and Speakers"

i know in subs PRs are the lower quality of their subs...but are still loud...i have four of them in my mazda truck...amps, couldnt tell you...but i love memphis, you'll be happy with them.
