My El1500 has green light, but my subs aren't working?

Yea, i was riding down the road and they just stopped. I got 2 12" Thunder 6000 subs and sony xplod m630 deck. i have like 2 different speaker cords connected goin to my subs so that might be it but i dont kno. can u help me?

my guess is that it is the RCA cables, mine are kind of messed up and when they are barely loose the subs cut out but the amp stays on
