i have been looking on ebay for an amp and found three budget brands that i was hoping that anyone could give me thier opinions on. these are all under $100.00 and want to know which one will be most reliable. the three are lanzar viberant vibe266 2000 watt, ma audio hk798or m300xe 800 watt, and ultra linear ul2800d 1600 watt, please let me know gotta buy tonight

well i really dont HAVE to but i guess i just WANT to buy tonight lol. but i would still like to know which of these brands would be the most reliable. my budget is only a hundred bucks and im only powering two 10s off a otherwise stock system

Well, tell us what 10s you are powering, how much RMS power you need, the impedance of the subs, and we might be able to recommend something MUCH better for you than one of those. They are truly 'entry-level' amps... which some may say isn't bad, but if you could buy used from a reputable seller here on the forums and end up with a much better amp for about the same amount of money, wouldn't that be good?

I learned many years ago to be patient in selecting purchases, do alot of research (like you're doing now, thank goodness), and you can usually end up with a much better system in the longrun. i have two infinity perfect 10.1's last years model in a sealed box. im looking for 200 to 300 watts per speaker. they are single 4 ohm speakers. i saw last night on ebay a hifonics txi-4006 400 watt amp that is only 75 dollars. i know hifonics was good back in the day but how are they now? better than the three brands i listed?

i think those speakers are rated at 350rms but from my experience They can take a lot more

if the hifonics says minimum impedance unbridged is two ohms and the minimum impedance bridged is four ohms. that seems backwards to me. it gives 200x2 at 4 ohms or 2 ohms. can someone shed some light on these specs for me please? how would i wire my two 4 ohm svc subs to get the most from this amp?
