Subs thumping!?

Hey peoples, how can i stop the subs/speakers from like moving/clicking into action when ya first turn the amp on etc, or headunit..... do i put a capacitor and diode in the remote power to hold power so doesn't do the thump noise when starts up or wat?!

Please help me out here peoples, just a quick question, what the components i need, i have a capacitor (small circuit board one) and a diode, is that all i need, tell me how to do this yo...? i've heard something about it on here, just can't find it again!

Im a little confused. Are you getting a thump when the system turns on and off?

No just when turned on? Isn't it to do wif the burst of power to the amp?
