I've had this sub for a little over a year. In recent, I've tried a couple other subs and have fallen in love with Dayton's Reference series. Sadly, I'm letting this one go.

I know different versions and different sizes were available at whatever various sales and prices.

As it stands right now, the TC-1000 from TC Sounds site is $169 for the 12". I'm sure sales exist from time to time.

The TC2+ I got from Oaudio were basically the last of the ones he had left before just selling them out. It was $165 when I got it a little over a year ago.

If you feel like checking past pricing, just hit up http://www.archive.org and look up the website.

BassBox Pro 6 suggested:

0.8 cu.ft. sealed

1.6 cu.ft. ported @ 27Hz

The only problem with being designed for such a compact design is the lack of low frequency extention. It can be forced out sealed, and the sub has more than enough excursion. However, I would personally suggest ported just to get down low without the need to EQ it in and power it out. The box sizing is small enough that either route is a pretty compact design.

Um...it's sold as a TC2+...for quite some time. I'd figure if they were wrong, someone would have told them. I think you have a hundred people that bought these to tell and the company who's sold them for 2 years. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/tongue.gif.6130eb82179565f6db8d26d6001dcd24.gif

I was able to log in fine, using Chrome if that helps. I don't know anything about the product at all, just found the info and shared the love. :)

Brother in law has some of their 8’s and they are little beasts. Typical cookie cutter product that performs as it should.

Off the shelf design, nothing special and will sound like a bull horn. The best pro audio drivers I’ve heard are the crossfire XTpro6’s. The best...
