tweeters static

my fanatic x components 6.5s work but my tweeters just make static,amps set on full.any ideas on why this would happen.dont think it would if they were blown,also theres supposed to be some lightbulb thing that protects em

umm turn the gain down a SHITLOAD if its set to full.. my gain was like 3/4 n i blew the **** outta my tweets, jus fukin killed em
