Voltage Dropping

Ok I'll check the volts at the power/ground then I'll look into the gains. I have no idea what to do with that do I may need some guidance there as well

Well if his gains are set to almost max (guessing) the voltage drop is a result of the gains so high, I would start with gains first imo.
