Would i be able to do this to a Mono amp?

its 1 x 1000W @ 2 Ohm. If i wired two dual 4 ohm subs in parallel to show a 2 ohm load (these subs are 450W RMS each) would it be ok. Or will the amp for some reason not be able to handle it?

so in other woods would it work to do 2 x 500 W @ 2 ohm on this amp?

The problem is you cannot wire a 2 Dual VC 4 ohm subs to a mono block amp at anything but 1, 4, 16 ohm. If you want to get the most power you will need a amp that is 1 ohm stable.

It is 1500W X 1 @ 1 ohm, so it is mono stable right?

the amp will be fine at 1 ohm, it's the subs you'll need to be careful with. They'll be getting roughly 40% more than rated power - keep the gains low, and if you hear anything that doesn't sound right turn the volume down.
