what brand cds are the best?

lately my burned mp3 cds have started to skip, and thats like during the first use, cd is brand new. any idea why

i got the cda 9835, infinity kappa components n the rear 6x9. so im just wondering if i should install any of this or just sell all of it.

whats the best box for the h2 spl? powered by a 2500d. its going into a 2000 honda civic sedan. I want it to be loud but with some degree of sq. Its also going to be a daily driver. i listen to alot of rap, hip hop and rock music if that helps.
