I understand that they can take more thats the case with most subs but they do have those rating for a reason. Someone said probably for warranty purposes which is probably correct. If its voiding the warranty its for a reason. they weren't meant to go above what they are supposed to even if...

Am I missing something these subs are only rated at 500w rms and your putting 600. Why would you go over the rate amount of power?

I just bought a black 500/1 and trying to figure out which sub(s) to put with it. I plan on buying a H.O. box for which ever sub(s) I decide to get. I don't think they make a H.O. box for the 13W6 though. This is what I was thinking I only want one sub because my trunk is small. 1 12W7 1...
