transistor

Hey guys, I have an amp with a blown output transistor (ADS p640). I'm only using 2 channels and it has 6 channels. Is it possible for me to just remove the shorted transistor so it doesn't blow the fuse, and use channel 3 instead of 2? This is mostly just to test the other parts like the PSU...
