Made my amp rack using 1/8" steel plate

Also started adding the batteries

Then i cut some aluminum 1/4" plates for my fuses didn't wanna spend 80-100 bucks for a 6-fuse holder

Started milling the edges

this is how it started to look, wiring all this was actually fun

DSC00529.jpg

as u can see one of the wires on the positive terminal is black, don't worry about that i cut an extra black wire and didn't wanna waste it

Found more pics

Luckily I saved alot of different types of grommets from working on various types of cars

this one was off a Toyota Corolla underneath near the torque boxes

it worked perfect for my application //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

IMG01026-20110830-1136.jpg

Found a nice place to ground my wires within 18" Like the Warhorse recommended and also they recommended that the wires be no more then 6" apart

IMG01027-20110830-1142.jpg

Riveted these also since I couldn't get a nut behind the frame rail

IMG01028-20110830-1142.jpg

Then i etch primered it, to prevent rust

IMG01030-20110830-1238.jpg

Finished wiring all the wires

gourmets? sorry bro had to do it //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif. Great build and for doing it yourself your doing a great job. The box build, carpeting, pretty much everything looks top notch. Keep up the good work.

Now, take it offroad...

JK JK (pun intended). It's looking pretty cool though. It's not my vehicle of choice to do a crazy system in like that, but I use my Jeep for recreational offroading. I have a small system and pull my sub before taking it on any excursion. I do really like your insane detail in your work. Good job with the entire build.
