4 channel amp problem

So I have a Phoenix Gold R5.0:4 on 4 kicker 6 1/2's ,but when i try to adjust the frequency on the amp.. the rear speakers cuts off and when i touch the frequency gain it cuts in and out. the front channel is fine and this only happens with the rear channel. No wires touching etc.. Im thinking it's internal? Help please!!! drives me crazy!!!

Okay, I'll bite. If you're going to get rear speakers, get the same ones (model type, doesn't have to be the same size) that you have up front...
