5.25" Speaker/Component Help

I have a 1996 Jeep Cherokee Se and I am going to start putting a system together. I am wanting to stick with the factory size of 5.25". I am not wanting to spend no more than $50-70 for the front and was wondering if I should just get a set of speakers or get a component set?

I found these on ebay and they don't seem to bad
