When i my car is running i get the altenator whine noise. So when i push on the pedal and my rpm goes up, the noise gets louder. ive checked the grounds, and my power wire is on the oppisate side of the rca cables. What could be my problem?

Did you try regrounding your headunit or amps? Not just "look at it", but actually reground it? Same with the amps.

Typically the HU ground needs relocated. Running it back to the negative on the battery is a good option.

I have moved the grounds, but i should put my cd player ground to the battery ground ?
Or the same place you have grounded the amps.

Also, the other dudes right. Could be RCA cables. Not necessarily the cables themselves, could be to close to a power source. Power cable for the amp for example.

Note* this isn't always an easy fix

Then I don't really seen the need to run a ground directly from the alt, but given your situation, it can't hurt.

Sounds like a ground loop, especially with the hokey ground. I'd ground to the body, do the big three. Run a ground from the radio to the amp's...
