Amp for TC-Sounds TC-1000s

Hey ya'll I'm "donating" my 12" TC-1000's to my little cousins first build and need some amp recommendations. I hate to say it but his budget is no more then $200. My first thought was an MBQuart dsc1000.1 but I know there are others out there.
