Any new brands out?

Looking for something cool as I've been out of car audio for awhile.

So far I've seen the soundqubed 2nd top end speaker that's got my interest

Looking at skar 3500 ct sounds team 3k and soundqubed 4500.

Seen some dark audio subs but I know nothing about them.

Only thing I have on the way is a mechman 320.

I have got to play with 2 dd 6.5 subs on a 5 channel dd 1500 and that's been fun!

That was long winded......basically I'm after two 12's and a 3-4K amp. Be nice to stay under $1k

Wolfram 3k, Taramps 3k, American Bass VFL comp 3k.

Those are the three I have my eyes on at the moment!

that taramps is not what I'm looking for on an amp.

They do make power but I'm not sure if the have new tech down yet.

In my mind I kinda have the amps narrowed down to the ct team 3k and the soundqubed 4.5k.

Is ct sounds still doing business?

For the money the hdc3 seems pretty good for a sub.

yeah ct still here most peeps would say there are better amp though.. look @Mayhems system if he stops by.. u said new stuff though look at ssa amps they're nice.. brutal sounds..

Well I know it's been out for awhile but I'm going with soundcubed

Have a 4500, 2 of the hdc4 12,s, a 6.5 set and the suv sound dampener kit on the way.

Ran out of money but will get the voltage gauge tomorrow.

I have one power run of 1/0 stinger copper wire.......I'll need more

Need to find a deal on more 1/0 copper power wire, fuse blocks, and a battery or 2. Some terminals (in Need of this stuff)

The mechman alt should be here 1st part of next week.

Wonder if I can get in the 150's in an ext cab 08 z71.

Should be one heck of a daily driver.

my 1st plans was to try the ct sounds 3k and some dark audio 12's but after talking to the guys at soundcubed a few times I decided to go with them.

Travis and Jason were real helpful, they also gave me the tip that mechman had the 320 amp alt on sale for $500

Ct and SQ ARE'T on my brands that are great list. they have decent budget gear but id say up and get something worth putting time and money into.

Id buy a FI SSD and a used 3kw

Papermaker85..... All the brands that used to be on my great list have all been bought out and made in China now.

Guess now we just pick out from the better China made stuff.

Got everything in today!

2 hdc412's, sq 6.5's, sq4500.1, the big sound dampen kit from soundqubed, and the mechman 320 elite alt.

I've already found some copper power wire.

I'm temped to not open the 4500 amp and send back to upgrade for the 7k that just went on sale for $999

I already called today thinking they didn't ship yet and ask if I could upgrade amps, he told me that my order was on fedex truck out for delivery. Man that's some fast shipping.

But he did say I could ship back and pay difference and get the 7k. These guys at soundqubed have pretty good customer service!

Im pretty happy with them.

I have yet to get fuse blocks and extra's to do install, I need to buy some batts, need to make a box.

I think this will be fun. I haven't done an installation in awhile.

When I get it in I'll see what I need to do with kids and high but I'm betting one set will get drowned out with these two 12's

Also I'm thinking hard about getting a dual alt bracket.
