I have been trying to get ahold of him for 3+ weeks he hasn't answered any of my messages even though he has been on everyday up till the last couple of weeks. I paid through PayPal and not as a gift. Going to have to settle that way since he hasn't responded.

Yeah, I think he's a good guy, but it's better to file a dispute sooner than later in case something happened to him. I've bought $2,500 worth of subs from Dave and he seemed like a stand up guy. They were well packed and he had great communication with me.
