Quick templates I assume, and maybe a trophy thing for him?
I'm sure he uses a Jasper Jig, or something of the sort, so no need for templates...I think he just stares at the big tower and thinks of how he is the box building king. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

The reason I save all the cutouts is to make rings and adapters. This way I am not cutting them out of good material, thus wasting it. One of these days, I am going to order a bunch of custom adapters and such for various vehicles and start selling them on ebay... maybe lol.

Werd to your mammy. I do the same thing. Allthough I have had this crazy idea to head over to virginia tech and find some stoners playing frisbee. Snag the frisbee and substitute a 10" mdf circle //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

if you dont mind me asking, whats the height and depth of this box? Looks like the seat would need to be up a good bit...
I dont have the dims with me right now. But I doubt its for a regular cab truck. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

In order to answer your question, I would need to know what model (e.g. SW4200, SW7524DVC). Also, are you looking to make a ported box or sealed?
