Clutch slipping?

Is it a hydraulic, or cable clutch?

It's a hydro, and I got a new one put in. As it turns out, the flywheel was also badly mangled, so I had to get another one of those as well, which is a real PITA because it cost me $545 after everything, and before that, I was scraping pennies for a fucking Type Argh...
