Commonly Used Abbreviations 101 (for teh noobs)

hey, you know what?quit being a *****

there was a thread that was asking what a bump and what SPL meant

so i thought to my self "wow, maybe i could try to better the forum by creatign a thread that might get stickied so that people always arent asking what this **** means. i know when i was a noob to forums i didnt know what half this **** meant.

by the way, ive got a hobbie, its car audio.

whats urs? starting **** for no good reason?
When there are threads asking such questions I think that this forum does an admirable job of gently and patiently explaining what the new member needs to know. Therefore, I don't know that preemptive guidance is a good thing.

It might tend to lead the dumbasses to believe that they can't ask questions about things that they can easily figure out if they were not so fVcking lazy. I don't think that we want to convey that message at all.

but then, when i saw the responses, no1 really gave him an honest answer and they all started sayin **** like "SUPPER POWER LEVELS"
