I've got a prototype "supersub" for sale this is new (unused). It is a SVC @ 2 ohms, triple stack magnet, cast frame, paper/kevlar cone, rubber surround, flat-wound voice coil, 32mm+ one-way excursion, etc.) It is a beast at close to 60 pounds unpacked.

I'll do $165 shipped (to Conus), obo.

The sub is in perfect condition, I am just tired of having it around.

Been a member here since 2004, and have been involved in home/car electronics since before many members were born.

Maybe I'll just keep it or sell it at a place where the initial reaction from the members isn't so negative.

I think that it is actually a "modded" 3HP since I have other models with that motor and this 15" is different. The magnet size/spacing is a little different, and it looks like the top-plate is a little different as well. It might be close enough not to matter, but I don't know.

Would my 2500d push this thing? or would it be pointless to run my amp at 2 ohm, not getting the full potential?
