Are you trolling? I just posted a link for you to look at. You gotta ask that question, you shouldn't get involved in car audio...or even be an electrician.

Ok I feel really stupid, what the hell does the .2 mean? 1000.1 would be Monoblock, but a 1000.2 or .4 would mean a 2 channel, 4 channel respectively. Please fill me in where the disconnect is

Why you must know? Who cares. But.....I will agree that some mfgrs put a .2 and typically means a 2 ch amp. I will have to guess and say maybe a version 2 amp.
