It looks like a W7 frame and possibly a motor but the cone is all kinds of messed up and JL spiders are yellow

Nope that is a 13w7 with the dust cap removed. That is the patent W cone that is 100% original parts minus the cap.

Looks like the beat up one I have in my Garage. Also that 13w7 is missing the ring and C clamp.

The one in the photo is something I pulled off Google so who knows but the one in the CL ad looks just like the one I have and its 100% original.
