Which combination would give me that hard hitting feel in your chest bass? Either 2 12's in a ported box or 2 15's in a sealed box. They would get 1500 watts if clean power.
there is more to car audio than just speaker size and box type
And my 2 10" are very impressive//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/word.gif.64b12e39f936af3b4fff38a1c0bd0244.gif
my 1 12" hurts my chest //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif
jco.. have you meterd ur system yet?no. i mean how you set it up in the vehicle. you can have 18 18"s all day but my 1 12" will kill them if they are not installed correctly.
139.5 i bet $5.00sunday, my friend. sunday is the day
i'm looking for low-mid 40's. i may be disappointed, but i think i got AT LEAST 140
you should hear my setup then.....I vote sealed.
I am a fan of drivers that perform well in sealed alignments. This way you get the best of both worlds; the ability to play loud and yet have really crisp and precise sound quality with good transient response.
