Has Anyone Bench Tested The New Hifonics Brutus BRZ Amplifier Yet?

Im looking at the Hifonics Brutus BRZ1200.1D and was wondering if anyone bench tested it yet?

Im planning to run it on 2 Kicker CVRs 12s.

I just bought and hooked up a brz2400 to a 18" solo x. I have no doubt it is doing rated. extremely loud and pushes the solo x very strong.

I agree, would be plenty of power for two cvr's . there is not a big difference in price, i would get the brz1700 to have the extra power available to upgrade later

i wish they would stop with the angled terminals makes the install that much harder

Yeah the angled terminals and 1/0 wire is a pain. I think alot of amps have them now.

today , turned the car on amp is in protect before music even played. only been installed two days. checked all connections/wiring, everything is ok. Voltage never dropped below 13, actual 1.3 ohm load. We will see how vminnovations handles the exchange

Shoot...that means I gotta test out my BRZ 1700 quick...it just came in yesterday.

It played ok for 2 days, don't know what happened, something loose internal from the factory maybe?
