My brother is thinking about buying this tv. The price seems high to me but I don't know anything about this stuff. They're asking $1200 for it. What do you guys think?

This tv is only three years old with full warrenty through november 2010. The surround sound unit is factory matched to the tv and also serves as the cabinet to set the tv on. The television is a sony hdlp, 1080P, with hdmi inputs as well as computer inputs. I never did get through all the stuff this thing will do. I have upgraded to a new LED tv and just don't have room for it. I can provide a truck for delivery and so long as it is in the knoxville area will help for no charge. This tv sold for $3500 when I bought it and the surround sound was an additional $1200.
