I have some things i would look to do to my car but because of a budget I'm wonder in what order should i do them? (so which is most important to least important)

new h/o alt 160a $260

new box (bigger / tuned lower) $50 - 60

sound dampening (on back speaker deck and doors) $70

Fiber glass some tweeter pods $15 + $30 ( initial supplies)

2 amp racks with fiber glass. $30 + $30 ( initial supplies)

New sea tweeters $30

XS or stinger battery + second battery (if needed) $400

New head unit double din / dash kit $30 + HU cost

Sell OA 15 plus box and apsm 1300 Receive about $ 240

120w Comps $110 - $200

New box, 2 aa havoc 12's, plus new amp. $750

Thats my order from most important to lest important. right now my voltage is dropping really bad so i think the h/o alt is a must. and my box is far too small for the sub. I'm looking to spend around 350 max on my upgrades this purchase.
