Leaking speaker terminals

Prefab enclosure? Is it carpeted? I've sealed terminal cups to an enclosure using rope caulk and some glue around the terminals posts. They're the spring-loaded binding posts that lock down with a nut and split washer.

Yes. Only thing is the leads will be encased in resin. Keep in mind that this is an assumption.

I agree with every one above. OFC is much better. Copper is a much better conductor than aluminum.
