I've been looking in a 3512g and am curious what your guy opinion is on them? Are they stright spl? I'm not looking for a comp sub more of a daily driver with a wide range of music. Thinking of doing around 1000-1500watts on 1 12.

In the right box they will sound very good. More of a SPL daily driver woofer.

I hate when people ask this because the same people will all same the same answer over and over. Skar, Sundown, Obsidian, DC, JL, blah, blah. Everybody has different taste. DD is a great company but they are more SPL driven. Doesn't mean it wouldn't sound or work just as good.

With the DD 3512 you are going to get stupid loud for a 12 while still sounding good on heavy bass songs, and those woofers will take a beating.
