Ya, i see it says in the manual they recommend dex-cool, pft ya okay, FOCK YOU GM! :lol:

I guess I will be buying a pressure tester and see whats up..thanks guys!

Guess what I did today. Intake gasket set on a 4.3 blazer. I took some pics will have to post them up later. Once again thank you Dex-cool.

I was told when my head gasket went out on my pontiac to have the coolant flushed and changed out for normal green stuff and we never had a problem again with that car.

the the orange stuff has alot of alkalides the dry out and get hard and cause it to plug up ect....

i googled it.

You can but its really not recommended. I dont have all the facts for it. Some GM cars/trucks you can some you cant. I think its mostly the newer ones you cant swtich over to green. Now not only GM uses a form of Dex-cool. Ford has a brand of it too.
