Out dated since ive been doing these things since you kids were in diapers lolLocal guy was doing 160s in a daily driver and was using peel n seel. It does what i want it to do so i used it.

didn't read whole thread but probably has a bad box. Also running 1 12 you will not be slamming that hard.

Bad box is a good possibility, my 1 12 slams plenty hard so that's not it. OP, do you have another enclosure you can try out?

A poorly built box is usually always the issue, unless you don't know how to hook ish up......
