No sound from radio

Hello all, I'm selling my truck so i disconnected all the audio equipment i had in there. I disconnected two amps and my subs from under the back seats. I left all the wires in there just taped them off now the door speakers aren't making any sounds. I'm hoping i just made a rookie mistake somewhere. I'd like just to get sound from my door speakers

Well if you removed the amp the speakers have nothing powering them now. Reconnect them to the headunit amplifier.

Were the door speakers wired to the amps or the head unit? Based on your description, the door speakers should be working, if they were connected to the head unit. Have you gone into the radio settings to troubleshoot the issue?
