I just had this setup last week and have a problem. When I turn the volume to 26 to 30 the sub pop like crazy. If I stay 25 and under they will working fine. I did took them back thi those people installed my car but they don't known what is it? I am using JL audio 1000/1 to run 3 8W7 with sealed fiberglass box. Any input is welcome. Best wishes to all

How are the subs wired. Its either gonna be 9 ohms or 0.75 ohms. Either way is not gonna be good for the JL amps. They are made for 1-4ohms. The 0.75 will probably kill the amp over time and the 9 ohms you will get no power and probably more thermal noise in the system.

I concur, it is an amp issue. He did exactly what a delay relay would do so I doubt one would help. Now a delay relay on the speakers is another...
