I had a Kenwood KOS-A300 aux factory radio upgrade equipment in our 2007 Honda Odyssey. We recently sold the vehicle, but I uninstalled this KOS-A300 before handing the van off. I am planning to now install it in another vehicle that has a JVC aftermarket radio (that I installed a few yrs ago).

The KOS-A300 has three bare wires to hook up; a red, yellow and black. In the Odyssey, I had the red and yellow connected directly to the fuse box (since the factory radio was still installed) & the black wire connected to a bolt on the seat. In this other vehicle, can i simply tap into the current JVC wiring since it has yellow, red and black wires behind the head unit? Or is this not recommended?

LOL - mine was a higher end model too - iirc deh-9300. Low mileage too, it was sitting around for year collecting dust.

One or two, they are still subwoofer outs and are mono summed signals from both left and right. Even the 2 RCA subwoofer pre-outs on the 2nd one...

Nothing to add to this, Just wanted to say good luck and that I miss MiniDisc. OH!! Is that a Japanese Radio Tuner or does it get stations in the US?
