Did anyone ever find out if he's incarcerated? If he's this big of a POS he would probably be on probation or parole. That dept can find him easily. I don't know Oh law but in Ca if he Prob or Parole officer is presented with evidence of criminal activity they can lock the individual up again until it clears the court.

You might want to look further into the location of this ******* at this time. If he's on probation or parole it should be easier to clear this issue. In Ca they don't discharge from parole or probation until the restitution is fully paid.
