greese from your forhead, and and somthing smooth like back of a screw driver handle. and rub the scuff out.
its too bad cuz i just took a shower and my forehead is grease free... any alternatives?... wd-40... vege. oil... anything?

a little bit of veg oil should work.
well that was a descent solution for the lighter ones.

now that i got a better look at them some of them are deep enough they they would need a some type of color restoration.

would armor all or something like that work well?

Try using a heat gun. Heat up the area and then try to sort of "smudge" it with your finger and push the edges back into the scratch. The heat gun will get rid of the "white-ness" of the scratch and make it less noticable. If the scratch is still really visible then you can use a fine sandpaper to sand down the area then repaint it.
